For hotel-only bookings that require no additional consultation or travel planning services, we do not charge a booking or planning fee.

Show and Go Travel Planning Service Includes:

• Initial consultation and all communication thereafter

• Research, planning, developing, and revising your customized itinerary

• All bookings of the following:

  • Air*

  • Hotels

  • Transfers

  • Transportation

  • Scheduled activities, including, but not limited to…

    • Dinner reservations

    • Spa appointments

    • Tee times

    • Theater tickets

    • Guided tours

    • Guided Excursions

  • Daily Recommendations, including, but not limited to… 

    • hikes, museums, shopping, dining, sightseeing

• Itinerary uploaded in a convenient and easy-to-use app, hard copy, and .PDF format

*Sage will gladly include your frequent flyer number with your airline reservation, however we do not book mileage redemption airline tickets. 

Show and Go Fee Explanation

The process of researching, planning, and preparing a custom-designed itinerary that matches your travel needs and dreams, takes time. Our average time spent planning a trip is 20 hours. The trip planning fee covers everything stated above. Because we get to work right away, the Show and Go travel planning fee is due in full after our initial consultation and before any further work begins. The travel planning fee is non-refundable and will be charged regardless of whether the client uses Sage Travel Company to book a trip and regardless if the client travels on the trip being planned. 

Show and Go Travel Planning Fee 

• $200 for 10 days and up to 4 people

  • An additional $50 per person

  • For vacations lasting longer than the included 10 days, an additional fee of $20 per day will apply

  • Service is for one overall trip

• Last minute fee of $150 for trips within two months of departure date

Process

• Ready The fun begins! I will get to know you and your fellow travelers through our initial consultation. Whether it’s over the phone, over coffee, or filling out an online questionnaire, my goal is to understand you and your travel preferences so that I can plan the vacation of your dreams. The Show and Go Travel Fee is due after the initial consultation.

• Set I get to work! I will take my knowledge of you and and your travel dreams and thoroughly research, plan, and prepare a custom and detailed itinerary.

• Show Your turn! You show up at your departure location, custom itinerary in hand (and in your app), ready to go. The hard part has been done for you! You’re headed off on the trip of a lifetime knowing you can kick back, relax, and enjoy. You’ve wisely protected your travel investment by ensuring you won’t miss out on all there is to see and do where you are headed.

$25 per round-trip ticket when booking travel without using the Show and Go Travel Planning Service. 

Last Minute Travel Last minute fee of $150 for trips within two months of departure date
